Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh City Code, Title 1: Administrative, Article III: Organization, Chapter 120 - Powers and Duties of Director of Innovation & Performance; by amending language to Sections 120.02 and 120.03.

Body
WHEREAS, the duties of managing and maintaining telecommunications users of the public rights-of-way were originally vested in the Department of City Information Services, and said Department is now the Department of Innovation and Performance; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works will now assume the duties of managing and maintaining telecommunications users of the public rights-of-way,

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Amending the Pittsburgh City Code, Title 1: Administrative, Article III: Organization, Chapter 120 - Powers and Duties of Director of Innovation & Performance; by amending language to Sections 120.02 and 120.03 as follows:

? 120.02 - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DIRECTOR.
The Director of Innovation and Performance shall have the following powers and duties:
(a) The management, operation, and installation of City computer, [telecommunications,] cable, and other audio and visual communications platforms, hardware, and software; and
(b) The training and assistance of city employees in the use of computer, [telecommunications,] cable, and other audio and visual communications platforms, hardware, and software; and
(c) The maintenance and security of computer, [telecommunications,] cable, and other audio and visual communications platforms, hardware, and software; and
(d) The collection, analysis, and dissemination of certain data related to City services and functions; and
(e) The oversight and management of intradepartmental and interdepartmental technology, sustainability, and performance initiatives and programs; and
(f) The oversight and management of the 311 Response Line; and
(g) Any other duties assigned by the Mayor.
