Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Department of City Planning is hereby authorized to spend operating monies designated for public monument and artwork repair and conservation on repair of the Soldiers Monument (Civil War) and the Thomas Armstrong sculpture, both located within Allegheny Commons Park
