Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2016 and to provide for the payment of fees for technical services not to exceed $946,240.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2016. The total amount of fees for technical services payable under the Amendment or Amendments shall not exceed Nine Hundred Forty Six Thousand, two Hundred and Forty Dollars ($946,240.00) and shall be payable as follows: An amount not to exceed Five Hundred Twenty Six Thousand, Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($526,240.00) shall be payable to DLT Solutions for technical support fees relating to the JDE software license and an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($420,000.00) to the County of Allegheny for ERP System support services, charging both to 11101.53.53509.107000.2016.
