Be it resolved by the Council of the City Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance to purchase the Lot and Block# 116-J-308 located at 323 Venture St, 15214 from Trevor Clinkscales and Maribelle Clinkscales, including Deed Transfer and Recording Fee, for a total amount of sixty-two thousand seven hundred and sixty-two dollars ($62,762). Funds will be available through the City of Pittsburgh’s Slope Remediation capital funding 2014 Paygo, the job number to be used for this Resolution is 4023910314.
