Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter to an Agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for ongoing and future legal services required by the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. The cost will not to exceed TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), payable from Commission on Human Relations general fund budget, Business Unit 105000, Account 59301, Budget Year 2016.
