TITLE
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 855 of 2011, effective January 1, 2012, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program” by closing projects pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
BODY
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code, regarding capital projects that have been inactive for at least three years, Resolution No. 855 of 2011, effective January 1, 2012, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.

Section 2. The Department Directors and the City Controller are hereby authorized and directed to release all contracts, encumbrances and pre-encumbrances for the above projects.
Section 3. Pursuant to § 218.08(4) of the Pittsburgh City Code, any reappropriation of the above listed projects shall be made by a separate resolution, which shall remain in place for an additional three years.
