TITLE

Resolution further amending Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program” by closing projects pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code, regarding capital projects that have been inactive for over three years, Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.

Section 2.                      The Department Directors and the City Controller are hereby authorized and directed to release all contracts, encumbrances and pre-encumbrances for the above projects.

 

Section 3.                     Pursuant to § 218.08(4) of the Pittsburgh City Code, any reappropriation of the above listed projects shall be made by a separate resolution, which shall remain in place for an additional three years.
