TITLE

Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 41, effective 11-2-2015, entitled, “Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title IV, Public Places and Property, Article VII, City Realty, by adding subsection (d) to Section 454.02 and deleting 454.04 in its entirety.

BODY

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Ordinance No. 41, effective 11-2-2015, is hereby amended and supplemented as follows:

454.02 CREATION OF ADOPT-A-LOT PROGRAM; POWERS OF DIRECTOR OF CITY PLANNING

(d)                     The Director shall file a monthly report with City Council that is read, received, and filed at a City Council meeting that lists all applications filed for Adopt-A-Lot Licenses and Adopt-A-Lot Leases.

SECTION 454.03 ADDITIONAL PROGRAM CONDITIONS

(c) The City may, but shall not be required to provide any funding, tools, water, equipment or supplies to licenses, lessees, or Program Participants.

 454.04 City Council Approval.

City Planning shall submit all proposed Adopt-A-Lot leases and licenses to City Council for final approval.
