Resolution establishing the locations of certain property and accepting these locations as right-of-way for Wenzell Avenue in the 20th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh is establishing locations of certain property and accepting these
locations as right-of-way for Wenzell Avenue between Tole Street and Banksville Road (S.R. 0019;) per
B.T.E. Project No. 92408, Survey Plan 3649 as described below:
Beginning at a point, said point being the southern legal right-of-way line of Tole Street
with its intersection with the westerly side of Wenzell Avenue, thence N 10° 17' 48" W, 26.03
feet to a point, thence N 19° 44' 59" W, 166.23 feet to a point, thence N 33° 07' 18" W, 83.89 feet
to a point on the legal right-of-way line for S.R. 0019, Banksville road, thence continuing along
said legal right-of-way line, S 76° 23' 07" E, 14.32 feet to a point, thence N 30° 45' 15" W, 40.05
feet to a point, thence N 56° 23' 01" E, 41.78 feet to a point, thence leaving said right-of-way line,
S 22° 15' 54" E, 109.10 feet to a curve, being a curve to the left, with a radius of 25.00 feet, an arc
length of 44.40 feet, a chord bearing of S 73° 08' 53" E and a chord distance of 38.79 feet to a
point on the northern legal right-of-way line for Denlin Street, thence S 55° 58' 08" W, 30.74 feet
to a point, thence crossing Denlin Street, S 39° 09' 58" W, 25.10 feet to a point on the southern
legal right-of-way line for Denlin Street, thence S 14° 57' 52" E, 160.47 feet to a point on the
northerly legal right-of-way line of Tole Street, thence S 85° 21' 05" W, 31.95 feet, to the point of
beginning.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to enter upon, take
possession of and appropriate the said described ground for public highway purposes in
conformity with the provision of the Resolution
The locations between the above mentioned terminals are hereby accepted as public
right-of-way.
Any Resolution or part of Resolution conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution,
be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution
