Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Ben Smithgall for professional consulting services for specialized technical application support for the Code for America Applications, and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $45,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards account strings: 11101.53.53509.102200.2015, amount $15,000.00, 11101.53.53509.102200.2016, amount $15,000.00, and 11101.53.53509.102200.2017, amount $15,000.00, subject to City Council appropriation.
