Title

Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-H, Residential Single Unit Attached High Density District to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution District, property at 4614 Henry Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 177, property at 4618 Henry Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 181, property at 4616 Henry Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 191, property with frontage on Filmore Street, Block No. 52-J Lot 316, property at 4615 Filmore Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 317, property with frontage on Zebina Way identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 320, property with frontage on Winthrop Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 322, and property with frontage on Winthrop Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 325 all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 4th Ward.


Section 2.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from RM-H, Residential Multi-Family, High Density, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution, property with frontage on Clyde Street identified as Block No. 52-E Lot 227, property at 4721 5th Ave identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 69, property at 4723 5th Avenue, identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 74, property with frontage on Clyde Street identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 87, and property at 4720 5th Avenue identified as Block No. 52-J Lot 264 all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 7th Ward.
