Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Granicus, Inc. in the amount of $17,700.96 in payment for the annual maintenance agreement and other services related to Legistar, a comprehensive legislative tracking software used by the City Clerk’s Office, chargeable to and payable from City Clerk account 11101.53.53509.101200, Budget Year 2015.
