Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Fifty Cents ($37,515.50) in favor of Joshua M. Bloom, P.C., 3204 Grant Building, 310 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for attorney’s fees and costs relating to the civil action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at No. 2:12-cv-01149-AJS, charging same to 11101.58.58105.2015.
