Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into a professional services agreement to develop a 40-Year Facilities Optimization Plan and Investment Strategy for the City of Pittsburgh that shall include, but not be limited to, condition assessments on designated City-owned  properties, identification of funding mechanisms, market valuation and disposition strategies, identification of potential energy savings and sustainability initiatives, programmatic assessments, use allocation and space planning, and demographic analyses; and providing for the payment of costs thereof.  Costs not to exceed $1,000,000.00 to be paid from the 2016 Capital Budget, JDE Account No. 4026750016.50000.00.
