Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development to receive $45,000 in funding to support an Innovation Fellow in the coordination and implementation of the Pittsburgh Roadmap for Inclusive Innovation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief of Innovation and Performance are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of forty five thousand dollars ($45,000). These funds will be used to support an Innovation Fellow in the coordination and implementation of the Pittsburgh Roadmap for Inclusive Innovation. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into JDE #0329400168.48311.00 Budget Year 2015.
Section 2. The Chief of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed forty five thousand dollars ($45,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the JDE #0329400168.50000.00 for Budget Year 2015.
