Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide professional legal services and expert advice related to litigation in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.102200.2015.
