Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority for a contribution toward project costs associate with a National Register nomination of the Lawrenceville neighborhood in the amount of $25,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority in the amount of twenty-five-thousand dollars ($25,000) to assist with the completion of a National Register nomination of the Lawrenceville neighborhood and monies shall be deposited into the account 1129400160.45703.00.
Section 2. They are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed twenty-five-thousand ($25,000) dollars for the above contract in the form of a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400160.50000.00.
