Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh to hire a consultant to complete a National Register nomination of the Lawrenceville neighborhood not to exceed seventy-five-thousand dollars ($75,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed seventy-five-thousand ($75,000) dollars, to hire a consultant to complete a National Register nomination for the Lawrenceville neighborhood under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreements, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed twenty-five-thousand ($25,000) dollars, to complete a National Register nomination for the Lawrenceville neighborhood under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed seventy-five thousand ($75,000) dollars payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400157.50000.00 ($25,000), Grants Trust Fund account1129400160.50000.00 ($25,000), and ($25,000) dollars payable from the 2014 Cultural Heritage Plan Community Development Block Grant account 1167383140.58101.00.
