Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $2,936.00 warrant in favor of Richard & Margot Feldstein, 5816 Wayne Road, Pittsburgh, PA  15206, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage from city tree roots at 5816 Wayne Road, Pittsburgh, PA  15206, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
