Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) in favor of W. Christopher Griffith, Personal Representative of the Estate of  Mikaela E. Griffith, Deceased, and their attorneys, Swensen & Perer releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 13-002219 for damages arising from an incident that occurred on Washington Boulevard, (a/k/a State Route 8) charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
