Title: Ordinance accepting a new street names in the City of Pittsburgh as per recommendation by the City of Pittsburgh Addressing Committee (CPAC). The following streets were approved by CPAC in June 2015: LOGAN STREET and FULLERTON STREET, between Centre Avenue and Bedford Avenue, in the 3rd Ward. The names listed in this ordinance shall be made official in accordance with the Pittsburgh Code, Title Four, Public Places and Property, Chapter 420 Uniform Street Naming and Addressing.

Title

Ordinance accepting a new street names in the City of Pittsburgh as per recommendation by the City of Pittsburgh Addressing Committee (CPAC). The following streets were approved by CPAC in June 2015:  LOGAN STREET and FULLERTON STREET, between Centre Avenue and Bedford Avenue, in the 3rd Ward.   The names listed in this ordinance shall be made official in accordance with the Pittsburgh Code, Title Four, Public Places and Property, Chapter 420 Uniform Street Naming and Addressing.

 

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsbugh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.                     That the name of LOGAN STREET, along its entire length between Centre Avenue and Bedford Avenue, indicated as Street 1 in the Lower Hill Preliminary Land Development Plan as approved by the Pittsburgh City Planning Commission on December 2, 2014, shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Third Ward.  That the name of FULLERTON STREET, along its entire length between Centre Avenue and Bedford Avenue, indicated as Street 2 in the Lower Hill Preliminary Land Development Plan as approved by the Pittsburgh City Planning Commission on December 2, 2014, shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Third Ward.

 

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
