Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Ownership and Maintenance Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, and Allegheny County to maintain the Larimer/East Liberty Phase 1 Development, public streets and green infrastructure, Eleventh and Twelfth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh. The form and substance of the Ownership and Maintenance Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
