Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to enter into a grant agreement with Capital Impact Partners to support the efforts of the Affordable Housing Task Force. The grant agreement will allow the Department of City Planning to receive the services of the Cornerstone Technical Assistance Grant, awarded by Capital Impact Partners.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with Capital Impact Partners. This grant agreement will allow for the Department of City Planning to receive the Cornerstone Technical Assistance Grant. This technical assistance grant will support the efforts of the City of Pittsburgh Affordable Housing Task Force.

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for technical assistance to support the efforts of the City of Pittsburgh Affordable Housing Task Force.
