Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,207.00 warrant in favor of Thomas J. Connors, 1612 Ridenour Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15205, in settlement of a claim for out-of-pocket medical expenses associated with injuries sustained from a fall through the City steps that run between Ridenour Avenue and Earlham Street on October 6, 2014, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
