Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($2,443.44) in favor of Donald S. McPherson, Labor Arbitrator, PO Box 638, Indiana, PA 15701-0638 for arbitration services provided in the matter of IUOE Local 66/PJCBC vs. City of Pittsburgh (Overtime/Wage Dispute) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2015.
