Title
Resolution authorizing an amendment to the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, in order to extend the term through May 5, 2018, at a cost not to exceed eighty-four thousand one hundred forty-seven dollar and eighty-nine cents ($84,147.89).

Whereas, pursuant to Resolution 401 of 2009, effective July 16, 2009, the City of Pittsburgh (the “City”) entered into a Rooftop License Agreement (the “License”) with 600 GS Prop LP for a three (3) year term in order to enhance its digital video camera platform; and
Whereas, the term of this License was subsequently extended by letter agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the parties now wish to again formally amend the License to extend the term through May 5, 2018.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief and Director of Innovation & Performance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to amend the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP to extend the term through May 5, 2018, at a cost not to exceed eighty-four thousand one hundred forty-seven dollar and eighty-nine cents ($84,147.89) to be allocated as follows:
Year Seven: $27,224.40 11101.103000.53.53529.2016
Year Eight: $28,041.13 11101.103000.53.53529.2017
Year Nine: $28,882.36 11101.103000.53.53529.2018
These funds are appropriated for the same, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s): 11101.103000.53529
The form of the amendment shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
