Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to accept a donation of  $5000(Five Thousand Dollars) from BNY Mellon for an Earth Day Celebration which was held on April 2, 2015.  This payment will be put into the Grants Trust Fund account 0729400156.48311.00.
