Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Grant and Maintenance Project Agreement with the Allegheny County Conservation District and to receive a grant in the amount of $39,816.47 from the Allegheny County Conservation District for the purpose of funding the Buttonwood Street Low Volume Road project within the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Grant and Maintenance Project Agreement with the Allegheny County Conservation District for the purpose of funding the Buttonwood Street Low Volume Road project within the City of Pittsburgh, in the amount of $39,816.47. The goal is for the City to use this funding, as well as some of its own existing resources, with a monetary value of approximately $11,280.50, to install and maintain a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound dirt and gravel road at Buttonwood Road, a low volume street. The grant agreement will be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies coming directly to the City shall be deposited into the following grant account:

Section 2. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department Finance, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby further authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, contracts or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with the Allegheny County Conservation District. Said agreement or agreements, contracts or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed $39,816.47, chargeable to and payable from the following grant account:
