Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents  ($8,793.35) in favor of Powers, Garrison & Hughes, 436 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for transcription services provided in the matter of the City of Pittsburgh/Fraternal Order of Police, Ft. Pitt Lodge No. 1 (Interest Arbitration) and charging same to 11101.53513.108000.2015.
