WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Tenner Way in the 12th and 13th Wards, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
SECTION 1. That vacating Tenner Way between N. Dallas Avenue and Hamilton Avenue in the 12th and 13th Wards, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh

All that certain 0.326 acres, being Tenner Way, 20' right of way to be vacated, situate in
the 12th & 13th Wards, City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the southerly right of way line of Hamilton Avenue, 60'
wide, said point also being the northwest corner of property of now or formerly Urban
Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh; thence along the Westerly line of properties of
now or formerly Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, City of Pittsburgh and
the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. South 23?48'55" West, 150.78'
to a point at the northeast corner of property of now or formerly Animal Rescue League
of Western Pennsylvania, lnc.; thence along the northerly line of properties of now or
