Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, and providing for design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the demolition and replacement of the Greenfield Avenue Bridge; at a cost not to exceed $19,000,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are herby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the federal and state governments' share of costs to the City.
