Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Ten Cents ($11,681.10) in favor of Jennifer Taylor in care of Christine Elzer, Samuel J. Cordes & Associates, 245 Fort Pitt Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all claims of liability and damages as described in the civil action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania 14-00250, charging same to 11101.58.58105.2015.
