Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Departments of Public Works, Finance, and/or City Planning to enter into a revocable License Agreement or Agreements with GTECH Strategies to provide green-space improvements for a designated vacant City lot.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Public Works, Finance, and City Planning are authorized to enter into revocable License Agreement or Agreements with GTECH Strategies to provide green-space improvements for the lot identified below in conjunction with GTECH's ReClaim North Project (the "Project"). Each License Agreement shall include a term of no longer than three (3) years. GTECH Strategies may appoint a Project Ambassador to manage the Project on its behalf.
The authorized Project location(s) is/are as follows:
Gateway Beautification Project, Northeast corner of Holyoke and Drum Streets, Parcel # 46-N-222
The Project names listed above were selected by GTECH Strategies and/or Ayanna Lee-Davis, the designated Project Ambassador, and are not official City names or designations for the sites. Projects shall be subject to prior approval by the Art Commission and/or may require zoning approvals, as applicable. All License Agreement(s) are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
