Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1:       The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a License and Project Agreement or Agreements with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy ("WPC") for a term not to exceed ten (10) years to add flowers and maintain an existing raised bed at the Faith Gallo Garden located in the general Lot and Block 1-C (portion of Gateway Station traffic island) at its own cost and expense.  The location of the licensed area is shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
