Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Inc. to provide leadership training with regard to police organizations at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($50,000.00) chargeable to and payable from 11101.230000.53901.  The agreement(s) shall commence no earlier than March 9, 2015 and end no later than December 31, 2015. Said agreement(s) shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor.
