Resolution amending Resolution No. 680, effective October 22, 2014, entitled: Amending the Capital Budget and providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pgh. with the U.S. Dept. of HUD for a grant in connection with the 2012 CDBG Program; so as to reprogram funds within City Council from: "Beltzhoover CDC" (-$2,500.00); and transfer these funds to "Pgh. Parks Conservancy" (+$2,500.00); and to reprogram funds within the Mayor's Office from: "City Source" (-$19,522.19), "Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pgh" (-$15,000.00), "Healthy Active Independent Living Prog. Sr. Interest" (-$2,500.00), "Isaiah Project" (-$5,000.00), "Keystone Paralyzed Veterans of America" (-$2,500.00) and "Pgh. Black Media Federation" (-$5,000.00); and transfer these funds to "Strong Women Strong Girls" (+$2,500.00), "Operation Better Block" (+$5,000.00), "Western PA School for the Blind" (+$2,500.00), "Children's Museum" (+$4,000.00), "Pgh. Parks Conservancy" (+$15,084.67), "Tree of Hope" (+$437.52), "Arts for Autism Foundation of Pgh/Joey Travolta Film Workshop" (+$5,000.00), "Beltzhoover United Front" (+$5,000.00) and "Rosedale Block Cluster" (+$10,000.00).

Resolution No. 680, effective October 22, 2014, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Pgh. is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program.
