Section 2. The Five Thousand dollars ($5,000.00) allocated to "Hazelwood Initiative, food market" shall be utilized by the Hazelwood Initiative to expand the operations of the Dylamato's Market Farm Stand in the 4800 block of Second Avenue in Hazelwood, in order to benefit the community by providing reasonably priced, high quality fresh and prepared foods to the residents of Hazelwood, visitors and commuters.
