Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements for various projects payable from the City Council District 5 Neighborhood Needs: JDE Job # 0141005012

Section 2. The Five Thousand dollars ($5,000.00) allocated to "Hazelwood Initiative, food market" shall be utilized by the Hazelwood Initiative to expand the operations of the Dylamato's Market Farm Stand in the 4800 block of Second Avenue in Hazelwood, in order to benefit the community by providing reasonably priced, high quality fresh and prepared foods to the residents of Hazelwood, visitors and commuters.
