Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution No. 646 of 2014, effective October 14, 2014, is hereby amended to authorize the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with Pepper Hamilton, LLP, for consulting services. That agreement(s) will be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and will contain those terms and conditions as the City Solicitor may require.  An additional sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($340,000), chargeable to and payable from Account 11101.53.53517.108000.201[4]5.
