Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $2,824.00 warrant in favor of Joseph W. Checkan, 320 S. Washington Street, Evans City, PA  16033, for damage to a boat trailer from the defective condition of the boat launch at the South Side Riverfront Park on May 11, 2014, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
