Resolution authorizing a new fee schedule for City recreational facilities and programs.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Pittsburgh City Code ?477.02(a), City Council is charged with annually approving by resolution a fee schedule for all fees for the use of parks and recreational facilities and programs, including swimming pool fees, golf permits, lockers, picnic and ballfield permits, and all rental fees levied for the use of parks and recreational facilities.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The schedule for all fees for the use of parks and recreational facilities and programs administered by the Department of Parks and Recreation during Calendar Year 2015 and thereafter as authorized by law is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
