Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a mutual training agreement or agreements with the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium with regard to firearm usage and responding to dangerous animal incidents at no cost to the City.  The term of said agreement shall commence on April 1, 2015 and end no later than December 31, 2018. Said agreement(s) shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor.
