Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief & Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements or to adopt Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CoStars agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC ("eDocs") in order to continuing licensing Onbase Information Management software modules; to license additional equipment, and purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system. The total cost shall not exceed $821,025.00 over a five year period.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of the Department of Innovation and Performance and/or the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements or to adopt Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CoStars agreements with eDocs in order to continuing licensing Onbase Information Management; to license additional equipment; and purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Eight Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Eighty Five Dollars ($821,025.00) over a period not to exceed five (5) years and shall be payable from the following accounts, subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:
