Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Solicitor are authorized on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Rothman Gordon, P.C to provide professional legal representation to the City in the real estate tax assessment case of Omni Pittsburgh Corporation v. The Board of Property Assessments Appeals and Review (case docket no. BV-13-006771) at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00) chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2015. The Professional Services Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
