Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Troi Baldwin and Joel Sansone, c/o Joel Sansone, Esquire, Three Gateway Center, 401 Liberty Avenue, Suite 1700, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, in the amount of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($25,000.00), in Full and Final Settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed at 2:14-cv-00829, and charge the same  to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
