Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $8,166.00, in favor of Yellow Cab Company c/o Innovative Claims Management, 4240 Greensburg Pike, Suite L100, Pittsburgh, PA  15221, for damage to a cab from an intersectional accident with a City police vehicle on December 16, 2013, at the intersection of Ross Street and Second Avenue., charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
