Resolution Authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny and the School District of Pittsburgh providing for the funding and/or financing, monitoring, implementation and termination of the Lower Hill Local Economic Revitalization Tax District. (Council District 6)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny and the School District of Pittsburgh in form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the funding and/or financing, monitoring, implementation and termination of the Lower Hill Local Economic Revitalization Tax District.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
