Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a License Agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, St. Catherine of Sienna Parish parking lot located at Broadway Avenue and Belasco Street for a 2015 Farmers' Market.   

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are authorized to enter into a License Agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, St. Catherine of Sienna Parish parking lot located at Broadway Avenue and Belasco Street for the 2015 Farmers' Market for $1 and no additional rental charge to the City.  The Agreement shall be in form and substance approved by the City Solicitor.  

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
