Resolution authorizing the Citizen Police Review Board to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Attorney Elizabeth F. Collura, Senior Attorney of Clark Hill, PLC, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board for a period of Three years. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) per year subject to the annual allocation by City Council.

Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Citizen Police Review Board is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Attorney Elizabeth F. Collura, Senior Attorney of Clark Hill, PLC, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) per year, for years 2015, 2016 and 2017 subject to the annual allocation by City Council and are chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts: 11101.53.53517.999900.2015,
11101.53.53517.999900.2016 and,
11101.53.53517.999900.2017.
