Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for payment of service for duties related to any and all activities of the Zoning Board of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $39,000, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
